Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us photo/video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at hello@thelittlebigstore.co within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Refunds: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
